"I literally crave this smoothie. It is so creamy and tastes sinful when it’s in fact good for you. That is the best part about a smoothie, you can throw whatever you want in a blender! Sometimes I add powdered peanut butter for a banana/chocolate/peanut butter flavor. The chia seed is great for an energy boost. This smoothie is a meal replacement for me and it doesn’t leave me hungry. The dates add sweetness to the smoothie in a natural way."
