Bone Broth Bloody Bull
"If you read my blog, you know what a fan of bone broth I am. It’s not only a superfood that provides collagen and amino acids naturally to our bodies, but a healthy and delicious ingredient to enhance my recipes. So I’m always trying to find new ways to use it. Apart from drinking bone broth regularly, I like to incorporate bone broth into my recipes such as this Slow Cooker Split Pea Soup with Bone Broth, Shanghai-Style Braised Pork Belly, Slow Cooker French Onion Soup, and many more. Bloody Bull is said to be the creation of Brennan’s Restaurant in New Orleans. It’s basically a Bloody Mary enriched with beef broth. Here’s why a Bloody Bull is Better Than a Bloody Mary."
