This looks yummy. I love pears and I can easily see making this up for a morning drink. I'm guessing that almond milk could be used in place of the soy milk, since we usually have either almond or whole milk around instead of soy. I'm also curious how a mix of pear and banana would taste. This is definitely something to experiment with in the kitchen.
