Fresh Lemongrass Tea
"Have you ever had lemongrass tea? You might have encountered this elongated leave in an Asian restaurant. Chinese, Vietnamese and Indian restaurants love to serve this tea as well. Lemongrass is in season now in July and can be easily turned into a tea. Lemongrass is frequently used in Asian cuisines, especially Thai food, but only the white stem part. I share the exact process on how to prepare lemongrass tea from scratch at home so that you can make your own batch at home."
