This Asian tea is a gorgeous blend of ingredients that will help you to boost your immune system and healthy this winter. I make this too also when we have a flue (which is rare) and the tea is also great when you are pregnant and you suffer from morning sickness. Ginger helps to regulate your stomach. Lemon adds vitamin c, which in turn will boost your antioxidants to repair your cells in your body.
