Green Pineapple Smoothie with Kale and Spinach
"This pineapple smoothie is one of these healthy recipes that are loaded with fiber and vitamins. Here are a few highlights of this recipe. You can use frozen pineapples or fresh pineapple chunks along with a few ice cubes. Greek yogurt is used instead of protein powder. Both kale and spinach are blended in, so it’s super green and healthy. No fruit juice like pineapple juice or orange juice is added to cut back on sugar and calories. The smoothie base is coconut water. Like your smoothie sweet? No problem. Add a half packet of Stevia or more to your liking. It has zero calories. A few fresh mint leaves make this smoothie extra refreshing. Give your pineapple smoothie an additional boost with superfoods like chia seeds."
