Kahlua (makes About 58 Oz./1.8 Quarts):
Ingredients
- 2 cups boiling water
- 3 cups sugar
- 2 oz.s instant coffee
- 2 cups brandy
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions
Dissolve coffee in boiling water, add sugar and stir until sugar is dissolved - set aside to cool. Add brandy to cool liquid and add vanilla extract. Pour into bottles; add label, give as gift or drink as needed.
