Mandarin Tarragon Shrub Syrup Drinking Vinegar
"Mandarin tarragon shrub syrup is a drinking vinegar that can be used like a cordial to add flavour and a punch of bright citrus and delicate anise flavour and sour-sweet depth to cocktails, refreshing drinks and desserts. A shrub syrup is an old fashioned type of drink popular before the advent of refrigeration. This mandarin tarragon shrub syrup is made with in season mandarins, tarragon, low GI cane sugar, coconut vinegar by a process of cold maceration. It does take a little time to macerate but the resulting syrup is delicious and flavourful and well worth the wait to add to cocktails, drinks and desserts."
