- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup loosely packed mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup Mango Juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 cup sparkling wine
- Ice
- Lime and mint sprigs for garnish
Instructions

Place the blueberries, mint and lime juice in a cocktail shaker and muddle.

Add ice, mango juice, and honey. Shake vigorously to blend.

Strain into an old-fashioned glass.
