This looks really yummy! I love peanut butter and this reminds me a lot of a peanut butter shake. I think using some ice cream in place or addition to the milk would really give it a nice consistency and taste. I think using almond milk would be a really good idea for use with this. I seem to remember coming across chocolate milk made with almond milk, and that sounds really wonderful.
