"A light and bubbly Pink Lemonade Italian Spritz Cocktail is a refreshing way to enjoy a warm summer day! Best of all, you only need 3 ingredients for this fun and festive beverage that’s perfect for picnics, pool parties, or lazy afternoons in the hammock! This cocktail recipe may sound extravagant, or like it’s only fitting for special occasions, but that is definitely not the case! An Italian Spritz is simply a wine-based cocktail typically made with Prosecco, Aperol, and sparkling water. I’ve put my own fresh twist on the original by using pink lemonade in lieu of the Aperol. Doesn’t that just scream, “SUMMER?!”."
