Plum Infused Iced Tea

"My mum’s plum tree went crazy this year, and we had plums everywhere. If you open the fridge, there’s a whole bucket full of juicy plums, and if you walk outside, you have to be careful not to squish any plums that rolled onto the ground! So, to help her eat her delicious plums, I’ve been devising new recipes using them. This plum infused iced tea is superb for the summer months – plus it’s simple and gives a nice twist to your typical iced teas. Fruity and refreshing, the plums add a very distinct flavor to the tea."
