Thai Tea
Ingredients
- 8 c water
- 6 tablespoons Thai tea
- sugar
- ice cubes
- half-and-half or sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
Yield: 6 servings. Bring water to boil. Add tea and steep 5 minutes. Strain and season to taste with sugar. Cool, then chill in refrigerator. When ready to serve, place ice cubes in each of 6 tall glasses. Pour tea over ice, leaving room to add half and half to taste.
