Mmmmm I love milkshakes. I would never have thought to add cake batter to a milkshake mixture. What a superb idea as you will get the taste of the cake straight away. I like the addition of cream cheese too. I would like to try this with a chocolate cake dry cake mix too. I'm sure that would work!
