I think this might another one to add for a good jerky seasoning. The flavors sound amazing. I am getting my husband a smoker for Christmas and am trying to build up my rub recipes for him. I want to put them together in a jar so that he can start using it right away. Has anyone ever used a recipe like this for jerky? Is there anything else that I would need to do to use this for jerky?
