Copycat Lipton Onion Soup Mix
Making your own dry mixes can be fun and rewarding. There's no reason to be intimidated to do so because it's so easy! To make Copycat Lipton Onion Soup Mix, gather some seasonings and mix them all together. That's seriously it! Store it in an airtight container and use five tablespoons in place of a packet. I have several recipes that call for onion soup mix. Being able to make it myself is a huge plus when I cant always find it in our local stores. I wasnt aware it had beef bouillon in it, or is it just in this recipe to achieve the correct flavour?

This is great! I love using onion soup mix. It's a secret ingredient in a lot of my recipes. I love having the knowledge to make my own! I go through so much of it, that it would be much more cost efficient to just make my own. This recipe is so easy to make. Just mix together a few ingredients, store, and it's ready to use! I love that it tells me exactly how much to substitute for a packet! Thank you so much for posting this!

I make this french onion dip that uses onion soup mix so this is a great find. And the ingredients are easy to find. Anytime I can make my own mix, I will. I know what is in it and it is usually more economical. My grandma used to put Lipton Onion Soup mix in her meatloaf. It was good meatloaf.
