Cup of Vegetable Soup
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup veg flakes (tomatoes, celery, onion, zucchini, onion, peas, broccoli
- and carrots, made by putting dried veg. in a blender until pea-sized)
- 1 tablespoon cracked wheat (bulger)
- 1 tablespoon pasta, broken up
- 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon dried sweet basil
- pinch garlic powder
- pinch onion powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups stock
Instructions
Place dried ingredients in a thermos. Pour boiling stock over dry ingredients.

This is sort of a ramen noodle type of recipe. I have never been a fan of those. I thought those noodles were designed to be prepared with boiling water and this recipe is requesting just regular noodles.

This is interesting.From the veggie flakes to adding hot water over uncooked noodles. Not sure how this would turn out. If anyone has made or plan on making this I would love the input.

This recipe suggests you make your own by putting dried vegetables into a blender and pulsing until they are pea-sized pieces.
