Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 8 ounces whipped topping (ex: Cool Whip/Tru Whip)
- 12 Oreo cookies
- green sprinkles
- 12 Peeps marshmallow bunnies
- 1 cup chocolate chips

Lay Peeps on flat rimmed baking sheet and place in freezer.

Place cupcake liners into a 12 count cupcake pan. Place 1 Oreo cookie in the bottom of the pan.

Beat cream cheese, whipped topping and sugar until well combined.

Spoon cream cheese mixture evenly on top of each cookie.

Refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.

In a microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate chips until smooth. Microwave at 30 seconds intervals to avoid burning.

One at a time, dip the bottom of the frozen Peeps into the melted chocolate. Then, place on a parchment lined baking sheet to set. Be sure they are set before placing on top of your cheesecakes.

Sprinkle tops of cheesecakes with green sprinkles, then, place a chocolate dipped Peep on top before serving.
