Alida is the writer, recipe creator and photographer for her blog, Alida's Kitchen. As a mom to two young kids, quick and easy recipes are Alida's specialty!  Alidas Kitchen features easy, tasty, and (usually) healthy recipes the whole family will enjoy.  Alida strives to make recipes that are approachable, delicious and use simple ingredients. 

When Alida is not cooking up something tasty in the kitchen, she can be found playing with her family or working out (she loves to run and do Body Pump).
