Arlene Mobley is the writer and recipe creator behind Flour On My Face a Food & Lifestyle blog where she has been sharing her family friendly recipes since 2009. 

Her blog is packed full of recipes that anyone can make. Cupcakes put the biggest smile on her face but you can find many family friendly recipes for dinner, desserts, side dishes, appetizers, frozen treats, jams, and beverages.

Her passion for baking started early. At age 11, her family moved to Florida. After a neighbor gave her mother some backyard lemons she was determined to bake the perfect lemon meringue pie. Let's just say her first pie crust was far from perfect. Even though the perfect lemon meringue pie was far from perfect, it sparked a lifelong love of baking and cooking. 

Arlene loves to share her passion for creating delicious recipes for her family with her readers. This year, she has decided to challenge herself and is sharing a crock pot recipe every Friday.
