Kristin Anderson - Editor

Kristin Anderson works at Prime Publishing LLC and is an editor for RecipeLion. Kristin attended the University of Iowa, where she earned a bachelor's degree in English with an emphasis in creative writing. She has worked in publishing for 8 years and has enjoyed cooking (and eating) for much longer.

One of Kristin's favorite things to do is cook dinner every night with her family. They meal plan each week so that they never have to wonder what's for dinner (a.k.a. they always have delicious dinners to look forward to). Kristin enjoys cooking classic meals like hotdishes and grilled cheese (she's a Midwestern girl at heart, after all!) but also branching out into dishes like curried lentils or homemade ramen noodles. She even recently taught herself to properly cook salmon, and she is a huge fan of her carbon steel skillet and Lodge Dutch oven.

In addition to her work for RecipeLion, Kristin also writes for other Prime Publishing sites, TheWineBuyingGuide and DIYIdeaCenter. Her work has also been published on the Spark Hire Blog, Medium, Craft Foxes, and more. She also enjoys writing creatively in her free time.
