Rachel Matthews - Food Blogger Rachel Matthews is the publisher of A Southern Fairytale, a food blog and journal of her happily-ever-after with one cowboy boot wearin’, Harley ridin’,Texan Prince Charming and their two 8th generation Texan children. Since 2008, Rachel has been sharing her favorite family recipes, stories, and photographs on her blog, which has received accolades from Babble, Southern Living, and Social Luxe (to name a few) and was featured in the Think Food cookbook and the e-cookbook 50 bloggers, 50 favorite recipes.

Rachel’s ability to tell stories through words, photos, and food has earned her both a large and loyal online audience and long-term relationships as both Blog Ambassador and Recipe Developer with major food brands include Zatarain’s, Bush’s Beans, California Avocado Commission, and Minute Maid.

She hosts a weekly recipe roundup called Mouthwatering Mondays, writes for Babble Voices, and served 3 years as Blissfully Domestic’s Food Bliss Editor.
