Asian Salmon Burgers with Sriracha Mayo
"Fresh wild salmon mixed with Asian flavors makes a quick and healthy burger. Spice it up with a little Sriracha mayonnaise for an easy dinner everyone will love. It was seriously simple. The wild salmon went into the food processor along with some Asian flavors and an egg. I whirled it up and formed patties. The salmon burgers were cooked in a hot cast-iron pan to get that delectable sear on the outside. In a few minutes they were done."
