Baked Fish Mozzarella
Ingredients
- 1 pound sole fillets
- 4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 small sliced tomato
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- garlic powder
Instructions
Butter large baking dish. Rinse fish and pat dry. Arrange fish in a single layer in dish. Sprinkle with cheese and layer with tomato. Dust with oregano, garlic, salt and pepper. Bake 10 minutes at 350F. or until done.
