- 1 1/2 pound Center Cut Salmon
- 3 tablespoons Butter
- 1 tablespoon Cajun Seasoning
- 1/2 tablespoon Onion Power
- 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

Rinse filets and pat dry with paper towels.

Brush the flesh side of salmon filets with softened butter. You will not use all the butter in this step.
