Bluefish with Mustard Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c mayonnaise
- 1/2 c dijon mustard
- 1/2 c horseradish, grated
- 1/4 c onion, minced
- 1/4 c Italian parsley, finely chopped
- Worcestershire sauce
- hot pepper sauce
- 2 pounds bluefish fillets
Instructions
Mustard Sauce: mix all ingredients. Broil fillets for about six minutes (just barely flaking). Lightly coat the surface of the fillets with sauce. Place under broiler until sauce is lightly browned.
