I'm thrilled to have come across this recipe! I love ordering fish tacos in a restaurant but I've never made them myself. I usually only like them if the fish is fried or battered in some way so I love that these are lightly breaded. I have never used or purchased rice flour so that will be new to me. The pickled cabbage sounds delish! I can't wait to try these out. Do you think haddock would be ok in them too?
