Salmon is the favorite fish in our home and this recipe is a true winner. We had it, with a big bowl of fresh, crunchy garden greens, as a family supper last night and next Wednesday evening we're hosting a casual drinks party and I have decided to make small Baked Salmon Cakes because they will also work as a great snack because they are just as good when cold.
