    Fish Fillets for Two

    Ingredients

    • 2 fresh or defrosted fish fillets
    • butter or margarine
    • sliced onion
    • salt & black pepper
    • 10 ounces crushed or stewed tomatoes

    Instructions

    Take 2 fresh or defrosted fish fillets, put into a grilling pan, add a couple dabs of butter or margarine, some sliced onion over the fish, add a sprinkle of salt & black pepper, and then add crushed or stewed tomatoes. Bake in oven at 350 deg. for 1/2 hr.
