Jambalaya

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 cup Diced Onion
- 1 cup Diced Green Bell Pepper
- 1 cup Diced Red Bell Pepper
- 1 cup Diced Celery
- 1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Slap Ya Mama Cajun Seasoning
- 4 Bay Leaves
- 1 pound Smoked Sausage

Heat olive oil in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add onion, green pepper, red bell pepper, celery, minced garlic and Cajun seasoning. Stir everything together and saute for 3-4 minutes. Add smoked paprika, stir and cook for another 1-3 minutes.

Add bay leaves and smoke sausage, stir to combine.
