Grilled Citrus Salmon

Ingredients
- 6 (1-ounce) salmon filets
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 teaspoons parsley
- lemon slices for garnish
Instructions

In a bowl, combine lemon juice, lemon zest, orange zest, minced garlic, and onion.

Coat salmon filets with citrus mixture and allow to marinate for a minimum of 30 minutes.

Over medium heat, grill salmon filets skin-side down for 15-20 minutes or until flakey. Every 5 minutes, baste salmon with remaining citrus mixture.

When done, allow salmon to cool & serve garnished with lemon slices and parsley.
