    Malaysian Baked Fish

    Ingredients

    • 1 piece of white fish (250 gr)
    • 3 cloves of garlic crushed
    • 1 tablespoon of tomato puree
    • 1 tablespoon of oil
    • 1 teaspoon (fish) curry powder
    • 1 teaspoon sugar
    • 1 big tomato (200 gr), cut in small dice
    • juice of 1 limau kasturi (eye-size little green lemon)
    • salt to taste (1/2 teaspoon)

    Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 200 C. Mix the lemon (limau) juice, garlic, curry powder, tomato puree, spices, tomato and oil together. Spread mixture over cleaned fish and bake in hot oven 15-20 minutes. Serve with rice.
