    Salmon in Lobster Bisque

    Ingredients

    • 1 can salmon, deboned
    • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
    • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning, or to taste
    • 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
    • lemon-pepper to taste
    • parsley flakes (optional)
    • 1 can Lobster Bisque
    • 1/3 cup Gerwurtzraminer wine
    • 1/4 cup half and half

    Instructions

    Spray large fry pan with garlic flavored Pam. Saute salmon, onion, seasoning, Worcestershire, lemon peppera nd parsley until salmon is slightly browned. Add Lobster bisquie, wine and half and half. Cook until heated thoroughly. Do not boil. Serve in pastry shells or over toast.
