This recipe has so many wonderful flavors in it that my taste buds had no idea what to expect next, lol! The shrimp quesadillas are really delicious but, oh my word, have you tasted this Avocado Cream?? It is absolutely heavenly and then some! If you at all like avocado then you will not want to miss out on this recipe!

Okay, yes please! These are the best! If you don't own a quesadilla maker, go out and get one or put it on your Christmas list because I really think they should be in every household. They are so easy to use and possibilities are endless. I love the avocado cream in this recipe. It's something I always loved when I went out to eat and now I finally have a good recipe to make whenever at home!
