Sushi Bake Recipe

NotesIf you love heat, you can add sriracha or Japanese chili oil. Combining mayonnaise, rice wine vinegar, and sugar would be a substitute for a Japanese mayo. In addition, furikake or Japanese rice seasoning adds great umami flavor to this dish. Serving this with diced avocados would be an excellent idea!

Ingredients
- 3 cups Japanese mayo
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup tobiko
- 1 pound crab sticks
- 3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 3 cups cooked rice
- Nori sheets for serving
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Make the sushi topping by combining Japanese mayo, softened cream cheese, half of the tobiko roe, and chopped crab sticks. Set aside.

Mix rice wine vinegar into cooked rice and pat down in an oven-safe tray.

Sprinkle sesame seeds over the rice in an even layer.

Add and even out sushi toppings

Finish by adding the rest of the roe and sesame seeds.

Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.

Serve by scooping onto nori sheets.
