"This Thai green papaya sour curry is delicious and very healthy. You get fiber from the green papaya and protein from the shrimp. There is no coconut cream in it, so not a lot of fat at all. Also, this curry has all the flavors. While it is predominantly sour, this curry is a mix of salty, sour, and sweet. You can use more shrimp than what the recipe says to make it more filling."
