The Kitchens of Martha Stewart Living bring you this exciting One Pot cookbook. This New York Times Bestseller is filled with over 120 incredible one pot meals (plus a few desserts) that utilize your casserole dish, slow cooker, Dutch oven, skillet, stockpot, and pressure cooker.
Something that I love about this cookbook is that each chapter begins with an overview of the cooking vessel being used. It teaches the basics and includes cooking tips. If you thought you knew everything about your slow cooker and skillet, just wait until read their intros. You just might learn a few more things. If you don't know much about pressure cookers now, that will change once you read this book.
Photos are very important to me when it comes to cookbooks. I'm happy to report that this cookbook contains beautiful, full-page photographs that will get you even more excited to cook these awesome recipes. The whole chickens on pages 144 to 147, in particular, are pure beauty.
The great thing about one pot meals is that they're easy. They're easy to make because you don't have to get out multiple pans or cook things simultaneously. They're easy to clean up because there's only one pot to clean! I don't have to convince you what an advantage that is.
