Joseph Joseph Chop2Pot Bamboo Cutting Board

The Joseph Joseph Chop2Pot Bamboo Cutting Board combines the appeal of a wooden cutting board with the flexibility and versatility of a plastic board. The bamboo is strong, durable, and best of all, very sustainable. This particular board is designed to fold in half to efficiently transfer prepped ingredients.



This board is made of the same great bamboo as other boards in the Joseph Joseph line. I love cutting on it because my knives don't dull and the board doesn't get damaged with regular use. The material is eco-friendly and will last for years to come. 



The folding feature on this board makes it a stand out. I have never seen a wood board quite like it!  After you are done prepping ingredients, you can funnel them directly into a pot or onto a pan. Silicone lining along the middle keeps the board from damaging. Additional details, like nonslip feet on the bottom of the board, add to the appeal of the model. They keep the board in place as you do your prep work. 



The board comes in two sizes to fit your needs in the kitchen. I like using the smaller board for cutting citrus and prepping a small lunch, while I prefer the larger board for prepping meat and vegetables to make dinner. Both boards are quite useful and will serve their purpose for years to come.
