I love going out to eat and seeing all the fancy foams, sauces, and new techniques chefs are using. The Molecule-R Introductory Package has everything you need to try out these exciting and interesting culinary techniques at home. The package comes with a cookbook, as well as the ingredients and tools to get you started.

I love the cookbook that comes with the kit. The first half of the cookbook is dedicated to teaching you about the science behind food and fancy techniques. They cover over 5 different processes that create unique foods. Once you know the science, you can replicate the same techniques in all kinds of recipes. The second half of the cookbook is dedicated to recipes that utilize the techniques learned in the first half.  They have some really neat simple recipes to try and plenty of more advanced ones.

Everything you need to make the recipes within the cookbook is included. They even give you a really nice set of measuring spoons. I will be using them in my kitchen from now on! I was happy to see they include a large amount of each ingredient needed for the culinary techinques. You get enough to make more than a few of the recipes without running out of anything.

This set makes a great gift for all your favorite foodie friends. The packaging is very playful and young adults will have fun experimenting with food science.  Get your degree in gastronomy with this Molecule-R kit!
