    Ingredients

    • 2 1/2 cups sugar
    • 1 1/2 cup water
    • 4 cups fresh cantaloupe pulp
    • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

    Instructions

    1. In a saucepan, combine water and sugar. Boil for 5 minutes. Cool.
       
    2. Remove cantaloupe from shell and puree in an electric blender on high speed.
       
    3. Add cantaloupe pulp and lemon juice to sugar syrup. Churn freeze.

    Water and sugar amounts are usually equal. Try 2 and one half cups of each. Four and one half cups sugar is too much. There has to be a typo somewhere in there.

    This recipe said to combine sugar and water together, but in the ingredients it never mention water or how much water.. Could you please tell me how much water to add. Thankyou Windancer
