This looks amazing! We love banana cream pie, and this one also adds real bananas. The toasted coconut is a nice touch. I am not sure if I prefer it with a regular pie crust, or one made from graham crackers. I would love opinions from people who have tried this recipe.

I'm searching for some good no-bake recipes for picnics and parties, and came across this recipe. It checks all the boxes for me easy to prepare, easy to assemble, and leaves me free to do other things while it's setting in the freezer. Plus, I love bananas, so how could this miss? The only addition I can think of is perhaps some sliced strawberries on top as a garnish, Otherwise, it's easy and perfect.
