Can you really get that coconut cream pie taste in an ice cream? I will be in heaven and gaining a hundred pounds before my obsession wanes. Do you transform other pie flavors into ice creams? I would love to try any other recipes you have for caramel apple pie or chocolate cream pie. Butterscotch would have to be amazing if it is made with the homemade filling.

Somewhere in the kitchen I think we have an ice cream maker buried. We're far more apt to buy ice cream than ever make it, but this no-churn recipe is really simple and not time-consuming. Plus, I like coconut cream pie and this definitely would fit the bill. I'll have to give this one a try, especially since we're having some hot weather which always makes our ice cream consumption go up.
