- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup water or peach juice
- 3 cups sugared sliced peaches
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Mix cornstarch, brown sugar and water or peach juice if using canned peaches. Add fruit. Cook and stir until thick.

Add butter and lemon juice and pour into baking dish.
