I love the sweet and creamy dressing for this salad, and can see a lot of other uses for it! It would be awesome with some sliced peaches inside a crepe. It would even be great to toss with some chopped grapes, apples, celery, and diced cooked chicken for a sweet and light chicken salad sandwich! A tropical variation of this fruit salad would be fun too!
