    Honeyed Bananas

    Ingredients

    • 6 peeled bananas
    • 2 Tbsp. butter
    • 1/4 cup honey
    • lemon juice

    Instructions

    Dip in lemon juice, melt 2 Tbsp. butter in skillet, stir in 1/4 cup honey. Add bananas. Cook over low heat, turning gently until hot, and glazed. Be careful not to overcook. Takes only a few minutes.
