This Honey Citrus Fruit Salad is so refreshing and sweet, it is the perfect treat for those hot Summer days. The dressing is absolutely divine and adds a perfect touch of zest to the fruit.I love making a big batch and using the author's suggestion of freezing it to make into fruit smoothies.

I love the sound of this dressing. I like a citrusy zing so I am looking forward to that. It is hot here in South Africa and fruit salad is always popular. Not only because it is refreshing on a hot day but we have tons of fruit to choose from and lots of frequent specials. I think this is a great idea and I had never thought of making my own dressing for a fruit salad so thanks for that.

This was an unexpected surprise at my Memorial Day picnic as people thought they were just getting a regular, plain, fruit salad. The dressing is light when the juices of the fruit thin it and the honey, orange, and vanilla dressing really adds a nice flavor. I didn't add the blackberries, though, as they really stain clothes, teeth, and hands badly and I was afraid my guests wouldn't eat it if they had dentures or whiten their teeth!
