Healthy Blueberry Peach Cobbler
"This Healthy Blueberry Peach Cobbler is the perfect easy dessert to celebrate summer produce! It's also nutritious enough to enjoy the dish for breakfast or brunch! The filling does not include any added sugar, so the true sweetness of the roasted fruit shines through. If you prefer a sweeter dessert (or if your fruit isn't particularly sweet on its own), then I suggest adding at least 1-2 tablespoons of sweetener to the filling before baking. We like to top the peaches, blueberries, and fluffy whole wheat biscuit topping with vanilla ice cream for dessert or with Greek yogurt for breakfast or snack. It's a summer treat that everyone loves!"

This peach cobbler looks so delicious. I will definitely be making it. I like the fact that there is no added sweetness to the filling. This is certainly a healthy dish. I agree that it can be a snack with yogurt and what a great idea! We have so many peaches in South Africa, they are cheap and prolific so why not eat more!

I like blueberries and I love peaches, but I didn't really care for them together. I would use one or the other to make this again, but not a combination, I really like putting the fruit in the oven to bake while I mix up the biscuit dough. Most cobbler recipes call for cooking the fruit in a pan on the stove and than putting in the oven. Doing it this way, it eliminates dirtying another pan. I will have to use this for all my cobblers.
