What a light and refreshing salad this is...honeydew is definitely one of my favorite melons and I'm sure the blueberries will compliment it nicely. Adding it to water is a wonderful idea Maggie, I'm always looking for ways to keep fruit in my diet as well as drink a lot of water and sometimes drinking the same plain water every day gets boring.

This is absolutely the most delightfully refreshing combination of ingredients I have come across in a long time. I make up a batch of this Honeydew Blueberry Summer Salad and keep it in the refrigerator for a quick go to snack. Sometimes I grab a handful and throw it in the blender for a refreshing fruit smoothie. Either way, I love this "salad".

If you like flavored water, add this fruit salad into a big pitcher of water and ice to wow your guests! However, this recipe is also great on its own. Try adding in some other fruits or keeping it simple with just honeydew and blueberries.
