Infused Water with Fresh Fruit
"Fruit infused water is a great way to get more servings of water in a day while also getting some benefits from the natural additives. Fruit and even herbs, like mint, have great natural properties that can boost the sense, aid in metabolism, and even help fend off those pesky cold and flu viruses. I’m not a doctor and I would never suggest that you use infused water as a remedy for an illness. The benefits of drinking more water have been studied heavily though and the general conclusion is that it’s a good idea! For me, infused water recipes are an excellent way to keep myself from growing bored of plain old water."
