Leberkas
Ingredients
- 600 grams / 18 oz pork
- 400 grams / 12 oz ground beef
- salt
- pepper
- garlic
- sweet paprika powder
- 2 eggs
- 100 grams / 3 oz flour
- 200 grams / 6 oz fresh fat bacon from the back
Instructions
Grind the pork finely and mix it very well with the ground beef. Cut the bacon into small cubes. Mix salt and spices to taste, eggs, flour and bacon into the meat mixture. Preheat an oven to 180C / 355 F. Rub a loaf form with fat and dust it with flour. Put in the meat mixture and smooth it. Bake about 75 min.
